I recently visited, and I can’t stop raving about the amazing dishes I tried.

A Flavorful Experience

Fuji Hana is a new gem where you can taste a delightful mix of sushi, sashimi, grilled items, and more, all crafted by their incredible Japanese chef , chef Kondo has with over 30 years of experience. Seriously, if you love sushi or hotpot, you’re in for a treat!

My orders

During my visit, I had the chance to try some standout dishes:

• Sashimi Platter: Wow! This was a beautiful selection of fresh sashimi, featuring salmon, tuna, and other delicacies. Each bite was pure bliss!

• Ebi Tempura: You can’t go wrong with this crispy, tender shrimp tempura. It was honestly some of the best I’ve ever had.

• Salmon Sashimi: The salmon was so fresh, it practically melted in my mouth. A must-try for salmon lovers!

• Beef Mango Roll: This roll was so unique! The savory beef paired with sweet mango created a delightful combi that I can’t stop drooling over.

• Gyoza: These dumplings were soft, meaty, and perfectly cooked. They paired perfectly with the house dipping sauce, making them utterly irresistible.

But the highlight of my meal? The nabe (hotpot)! I got to cook it myself, which was such a fun experience. The high-quality meats and fresh ingredients made each bite a warm hug—especially perfect for the rainy weather.
